The Land-grant Engagement Academy is a periodic professional development opportunity for UK faculty and staff focused on the scholarship of community engagement. The academy embraces the uniqueness of being a land-grant university and connects across the tripart mission of research, teaching and outreach, infusing elements related to the role of the Cooperative Extension Service as an outreach arm of the university.
